'I\'ve been featuring so many popular fast-food restaurants, but today I\'ll be introducing to you Singapore\'s own brand of fried chicken, Arnold\'s. They have been around for at least 30 years, with their first outlet at City Plaza, along Geylang Road. Arnold\'s is also the first fast food restaurant in Singapore to be Halal certified(even before KFC and Mcdonald\'s). It\'s also one of the first few fast-food brands I grew up eating in my childhood. Unlike KFC or Jollibee, Arnold\'s Fried Chicken only comes in one flavour, there\'s no spicy or original to choose from. The fried chicken have a slight garlic after taste. Here\'s what I\'ve eaten for this video: 2 Pieces Fried Chicken Meal: I was given 1 drumstick and 1 chicken breast. The meal comes with fries, coleslaw, and a Bandung drink(Rose Syrup with Milk). The fried chicken breast was flavourful, but it\'s slightly on the dry side. The drumstick was tender, the fried chicken skin was crispy and crunchy. They both leave slight garlic after taste. I usually shred the chicken and eat it with the fried buns, along with some chili sauce or ketchup. Did you enjoy the Fried Chicken Skin ASMR? Price: SGD$10.20/USD$7.71 Half Sring Chicken Meal: Deep-fried half spring chicken, so tender. My mom would usually order 2 full spring chickens for my family back in the day, and I would always request to have the wings and drumsticks. They were ultra-tender. The meal comes with fries and mashed potatoes. Price: SGD$9.30/USD$6.80 Spiral Fries They look like curly fries from A&W. Nice, golden brown, and crispy. Slightly overpriced. Bought it for the crunch. Price: SGD$4.10/USD$3.10 Fried Buns The fried buns aren\'t included in the meal. I bought them as sides.
